If you got the addon, Gatherer(http://wow.curse.com...s/gatherer.aspx) and download the wowhead database for the addon aswell (http://wow.curse.com...r-database.aspx), then this is done very fast since you dont have to go around and find all the nodes
It's very simple, you just go around in Arathi Highland's cliffs all around the sides of the zone and mine. And you can make a lot of gold this way. Myself i made around 150g (depends on server's prices on mats and such) in 2-3 hours or so. I had loads of Iron ores, went to Ironforge to melt it, and then i had loads of Iron Bars, i put it all on AH, and wupti. My mailbox was spammed with money =)
The easiest way to do this is ofc when you are a high lvl, but i think you can do it if you are around lvl 38-42. But, ofc its a lot easier when you do not need to worry about aggro ^^
/btw, there are other ores than Iron Ores in Arathi Highlands + the gems which you can also sell for pretty much in the new patches. Using Arathi Highlands this way also makes it easy to make some easy g's with jewelcrafring's "Prospecting" (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=31252)
I know this is not a "cheat" or anything like it, and many of you might already know this, but i just thought it should be added since i didnt see it anywhere else ^^
